By enrolling in our Pre-Payment Treatment Plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This plan is designed to provide you with a convenient way to budget for your treatments and products at our clinic.

• Payment Schedule: Payments will be automatically deducted from your chosen payment method on a monthly basis on the first of every month.

• Amount: The monthly payment amount will be agreed upon at the time of enrollment and will remain fixed unless otherwise notified.

• Non-Refundable: All payments made under this plan are non-refundable.

• Usage: Accumulated credit must be used towards treatments and products at our clinic. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another individual.

• Credit Usage: Credits can be applied to any treatment or product offered at our clinic.

• Expiry: Credits do not expire as long as your account is active and in good standing.

• Modification: You may request to modify your payment plan. Any changes will be subject to approval and may take effect in the following billing cycle.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your plan at any time without penalties. However, any accumulated credits will remain non-refundable and can only be used for services and products at our clinic.

• Secure Transactions: All payments are processed securely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information.

• Payment Failures: If a payment fails, you will be notified and required to update your payment information promptly to avoid disruption of benefits.
